This proceeding contains articles presented at the Third International Conference on Information Systems in Higher Education (ISHE 2024) organized by Paragon International University, Cambodia on 1-2 March 2024. ISHE 2024 aims to provide a place for scholars to discuss Information Systems perspectives in Higher Education and issues related to the design, development, and use of Information Systems in Higher Education.
